Make your Christmas Day one to remember at traditional Italian bistro, Gusto da Gianni, thanks to their Nonna-approved feast that is sure to be the gift that keeps on giving. For the main course, guests have a choice: a seafood symphony of succulent blue eye cod paired with mussels, tender squid, and roasted cherry tomato fregola with spinach; a perfectly cooked lamb rump accompanied by the savory depth of eggplant scapece and a rich red wine jus; or a creamy risotto enriched with parmesan and cauliflower, crowned with crispy guanciale, briny oysters, and the maritime pop of samphire.
