Welcome to Christmas in Australia!
The Christmas in Australia are a team of dedicated Christmas experts (some might say Christmas fanatics) who love everything about the festive time of the year.
Janine Mergler
Janine has a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) from the Queensland University of Technology and works as an editor of the popular Families Magazine. Janine owns the Christmas in Australia website because she is a huge fan of Christmas and everything about the festive season and she wants to share it all with you! Travelling the country to find all the best Christmas experiences in Australia, she can be found celebrating Christmas in July and getting more and more excited as 25th December approaches! Join my Christmas in Australia Facebook group too!
Regina Gleeson
Regina is a fan of all things Christmas! As the Listings Editor of the popular Families Magazine she was instrumental in putting together the Christmas content in the print publication and on their website since its inception in 2013. She is extremely community-minded and makes it her personal mission to contribute content that is low cost (or free!) and suitable for families. This thirst for knowledge and desire to experience the things she writes about makes her an irreplaceable member of the team.
Joanne Musgrave
Joanne loves speaking directly to people of all ages through the medium of writing, sharing tips and knowledge for families and kids to help everyone get the most out of life. Her focus is on the development of resilience, confidence and independence in children, and on helping families engage and create lasting memories. Self-esteem, self-respect and self-worth are vital skills that Joanne believes children need to learn early to help them grow as adults.
Tracy Jackson
Tracy grew up in and is resident in the UK, and is a mum of one, blogger and professional content writer. She now works freelance to fit in parenting, work, travel and cycling, and enjoys writing about a variety of topics to keep things fresh. Tracy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology so you can see her contributions to our Fun Facts About Science here. Tracy currently lives on the south coast of England but has resided all over the UK, and spent a year living in Australia. In fact she would definitely describe herself as an Australophile, due to her love for all things Australian!
